There's lots of good rugby being played around the USA, but only a select few have shown the right combination of skill, depth, endurance and strength of schedule to earn a spot in the top 75. Here's where things stand leading up to the ACRC7s in Virginia Beach this weekend.

The video production team from Next Level Rugby was on hand at last week's URugby Sevens Philadelphia in Malvern, Pa., and caught some amazing footage that really captures the hard-fought intensity of this tournament.

Championship rugby returns to Virginia Beach, Va. April 25-26, 2015 with the second annual American Collegiate Rugby Championship Sevens (ACRC7s). Coming just two weeks after URugby Sevens Philadelphia, the ACRC7s-Virginia Beach brings top-notch men's and women's collegiate rugby teams from around the country to enjoy early spring in Virginia and do battle in a world-class facility for the ACRC Sevens Championship.

Kutztown captured the men’s cup and Princeton was tops in the women’s category after a weekend of hard-fought rugby in Malvern, Pa.

The skies cleared, the wind kicked up and flags flew from the top of custom-made goal posts as URugby Sevens Philadelphia blew in to Malvern, Pa. on April 11 and 12.

It's tournament time! Tomorrow, the inaugural URugby Sevens Philadelphia comes to the Greater Chester Valley Soccer Association (GCVSA) Complex in Malvern, PA (just outside Philadelphia). Admission is free; parking is $5. No dogs or alcohol allowed.

There are plenty of back stories behind the upcoming action at URugby Sevens Philadelphia. With some of the best teams in the nation scheduled to meet on the pitch this Saturday and Sunday, expect fierce competition and heated rivalries.

Coming to Virginia Beach? We're pleased to announce that DoubleTree by Hilton, the official hotel of URugby Sevens Virginia Beach featuring the ACRC7s, has extended their special rate offer for tournament attendees. You now have until April 10 to get a room for $109 + tax... plus a $200 rebate on registration.
