West Virginia Wins the Big XII 7s

The Rugby 7's Championship of Big 12 Universities came to Norman, OK on March 7. The Big XII and previous Big 8 Conference rugby tournament is over 40 years old and is the oldest major university sports conference rugby event in America. 

This year's event, a D1A Qualifier, featured 7 Big XII teams with North Texas filling out the bracket. The Open Division featured Texas State that won it with TCU and KSU B sides as well as OU B and C sides developing lots of new players.

West Virginia beat Kansas State 21-12 in the final after rolling through the tournament undefeated and was the class of the 2015 Big XII.
