Humber College, a varsity program from Toronto, proved as strong, fast and organized as predicted winning an extremely well contested final against Bermuda. Bermuda Women gave the Hawks all they could handle scoring first to take a 5-0 lead. Humber played tenacious defense all weekend. Their D proved to be too much for the Longtails of Bermuda. In the end it was Humber 22 Bermuda 5. Humber's Seconds defeated Colgate for third. Humber was impressive all weekend.

After a hiatus in 2018 and successful trips to the island of Bermuda in 2016 and 2017, the Norwich Cadets return to the Ariel Re Bermuda International 7s in 2019 stronger than ever.
