The month of May is ALS Awareness Month. Commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis is a nervous system disease that weakens muscles and impacts physical function. URugby is doing their part by working with Quinn for the Win and the Chris Munn 7s Tournament to help bring awareness and understanding to this devastating disease.

NORTHFIELD, Vt. – The Norwich University men's rugby team won the fourth annual Chris Munn 7s Tournament on Sunday afternoon on Sabine Field at Haynes Family Stadium. Norwich defeated Middlebury in the final match of the day to complete a perfect 3-0 sweep and the championship.

As part of Beyond Rugby's program to help young people develop character and succeed in school, the under-17 rugby team aided Parks workers and the Friends of the Bermuda Railway Trail to repair the trail near Francis Patton School.

The 14 colleges competing in the 2016-2017 NCAA League have selected the second class of NIRA Rugby All-Americans. Each student-athlete was selected based on their performance over the course of the inaugural 2016 NCAA League season. 

KINGSTON, R.I. – The Norwich University men’s rugby team claimed its first New England Collegiate Rugby Conference (NECRC) Tournament title on Sunday. 

The Bermuda youth rugby teams are preparing to travel off the island this summer.

Norwich University is a familiar face around URugby events, including this year's Ariel Re Bermuda 7s tournament. But it was only the start, Norwich University continued their 7s season at the University of New Hampshire on April 9th, 2017. The field of competition at the Scott Milley 7s really showed a challenge for the Cadets, as they faced tough opponents such as AIC and New England College. 

More than 200 Clemson Rugby alumni, with families in town, converge on Clemson’s campus April 7-9 for an anniversary celebration. But the occasion does more than mark 50 years that the program has been on campus; it provides current and former players with the opportunity to renew old bonds and, perhaps, form new ones.

The West Chester High School Boys dominated in their division finishing with a perfect record of 6-0 on route to the 2017 Ariel Re Bermuda 7s High School Boys Championship.

URugby hosted yet another successful Ariel Re Bermuda 7s tournament this past March. Penn’s Rugby team was highlighted by Cole Jacobson of The Daily Pennylvanian in his article "Behind the scenes on how Penn men's rugby made Bermuda dreams a reality." While other varsity teams were traveling to St. Louis for Wrestling or Los Angles for Women's Basketball March Madness, Jacobson said that the Rugby team’s trip was "the best trip of all."
