Sacramento State

The Sac State Men's Rugby Club took second in 2014 California State Sevens Championship narrowly losing to San Diego State in the final. Earlier in 2014 in yet another impressive showing, Sac State made it to the finals of the Pacific Western 7s before falling just short to University of Nevada, Reno (UNR).

After a 10-10 halftime score, Sacramento State took a 22-17 lead late into the final of the 2014 PAC West Sevens against UNR. Nevada Reno scored as time ran out under the posts to squeak out a victory over a disappointed Sac State.

Team practices are held every Tues/Thurs from 3:30 - 5:30 on the Intramural fields behind Yosemite Hall (next to soccer field) on the campus of Sacramento State University.
