Catholic University Men's Rugby competes in the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO), a league created for smaller schools such as CUA to compete at a national level. CUA competes in both the Fall and Spring semesters. The Fall season consists of NSCRO conference matches with a four team playoff on a single weekend in November where the winner will compete in a 'play-in' game at a later date for a chance to enter the NSCRO national playoff in the Spring. The NSCRO playoffs consist of a sweet-16 and elite-8 matches on one weekend in April and the final four on a separate date.
