For team bookings and large groups of rooms, please contact our hotel Event Services Manager Phil Merchant at pmerchant@vroomz.com or 980-677-1130. Phil will will assist you in finding the best fit for your team. Please book by Nov. 2nd to ensure the best possible rate.

There are multiple hotels from which to choose and the special hotel rates will also be available to your team parents and supporters to book online.  The group rates offered are guaranteed to be the lowest available.
