Penn State out paced Iona to a 56-12 victory in Happy Valley. Coach McLane stated, "It's one thing to fly under the radar and defeat an unsuspecting team like Army during Homecoming weekend, but yet another to be hunted down by a team as good as Penn State."
Penn State met Penn State in a high-profile Rugby East match. Penn State has been enjoyed a good fall with one of only two of their losses coming at the hands of Army—a team Iona vanquished two weeks ago.
